MATCH UP 7BMW is a revolutionary sound upgrade for those who want significantly better sound quality, more power and dynamics, but also care about the ease of installation in their BMW.

Installation is very easy in the original amplifier's place thanks to the included Plug & Play connection cable and a specially adapted installation base. Nevertheless, the UP 7BMW amplifier is so versatile that it can easily be used for a multitude of applications in BMW vehicles.

In addition to Audiotec Fischer's Class HD technology and the ground-breaking 64-bit DSP with enormous processing power, new and highly innovative DSP functions such as "Processed Bass Boost", "StageXpander" and the "RealCenter" function guarantee top listening pleasure.

Of course, the UP 7BMW also offers the MATCH Extension Card slot (MEC slot) for additional input and output modules, such as the Bluetooth audio connection module or high-resolution USB sound card.

Thanks to the modern and very user-friendly DSP PC-Tool V4 software, configuration of the UP 7BMW becomes very easy and particularly convenient.

Class HD technology
The UP 7BMW combines the advantages of class H technology with the principle of a class D amplifier. The result is an unsurpassed performance that easily surpasses any conventional class D amplifier. By varying the internal supply voltage according to the amplitude of the amplifier's input signals, the losses in quiescent states they are greatly reduced and the total efficiency is close to the maximum at all times.
Intelligent input high level ADEP.3
Modern, factory-installed car radios incorporate sophisticated diagnostic capabilities for connected speakers. In particular, the latest generation of BMW car radios are equipped with additional monitoring functions, so that failure messages and the loss of certain features (eg fader function) appear quite often if a common amplifier is connected - but not with the UP 7BMW.
The new ADEP.3 (Advanced Diagnostics Error Protection, 3rd Generation) circuit avoids all these problems without overloading the factory radio's speaker outputs during unnecessarily high voltages.

Start-Stop capability
The supply switch of the MATCH UP 7BMW ensures a constant internal supply voltage even if the battery voltage drops to 6 Volts when the engine is started. If the supply voltage drops below 10.5 Volts for more than five seconds, the amplifier goes into "Run Protection" (status LED lights up red) to prevent any further discharge of the car battery.

Automatic digital signal detection
The transition from analog input to digital input is done automatically as soon as a signal is detected in the Optical Input. This feature can be disabled in the DSP PC-Tool software. Alternatively, you can use an optional remote control to manually switch between analog and digital inputs.

Energy saving function
The power saving function is built into the basic setting. It allows to significantly reduce the power consumption of the UP 7BMW and possibly connected amplifiers when there is no input signal for more than 60 seconds. Please note that in many updated cars with "CAN" or any other internal bus structure it can happen that the radio remains "invisible" on for up to 45 minutes. even after locking and exiting the car! Once "Energy Saver Mode" is active, the remote output and therefore the connected amplifiers will be switched off. MATCH UP 7BMW will reactivate the remote output within one second if it receives a music signal. It is possible to modify the 60 second shutdown time. or completely disable the power saving function via the DSP PC-Tool software.

DSP features
RealCenter
The "RealCenter" function is an algorithm, developed by Audiotec Fischer, which emphasizes the musical information present in the left and right front channels to create a unique center signal. Unlike common procedures, in which only the channels are summed, the intensity of the center signal is also dynamically controlled by the stereo information content of the left and right channels.
It sounds complicated but this result is amazing: This means that if only the left or right channel emits an audio signal, the center channel will not reproduce a signal. In the case of common algorithms, the volume level of the center channel is reduced by only 6 dB (= half the volume level). Audiotec Fischer's "RealCenter" enables a unique, expanded audio performance for driver and passenger at the same time! Therefore, the disadvantages of a conventional center channel, such as an intrusive, small soundstage, are a thing of the past.
Enhanced bass processing
Audiotec Fischer's proprietary "Augmented Bass Processing", consisting of the two revolutionary sound features "Dynamic Bass Enhancement" and "SubXpander", has been specifically developed to dramatically improve the bass reproduction of subwoofers.
"Dynamic Bass Enhancement" intelligently combines maximum deep bass and higher sound pressure - regardless of music style or audio controls on the head unit. Depending on the input signal, "Dynamic Bass Enhancement" acquires the lower frequency range and changes the cutoff frequency of the subwoofer. The result is a significantly stronger and deeper bass response at low and medium volume levels without the risk of overloading the subwoofer mechanically or electrically at high volume levels. It's just fascinating what bass performance is suddenly possible.
If you want even lower and "deeper" bass reproduction, the "SubXpander" can be additionally activated. Therefore, the subharmonic tones are added to the fundamental tones in the frequency range between 50 and 100 Hz.

StageXpander
Depending on the arrangement of the speakers in the vehicle, a more or less wide stereo sound stage can be created in the front seats. A center speaker can limit the spatial reproduction of music additionally. This is where Audiotec Fischer's new "StageXpander" comes in - an audio feature that seems to break acoustic limitations and thus allows a wider stereo base to be created without adversely affecting the accuracy of vocal or instrument localization!
The effect can be adjusted according to your personal preferences in four steps.

ClarityXpander
Looking for more transparency and substance in high frequency reproduction? With the “ClarityXpander” Audiotec Fischer now offers the right tool. With the right adjustment (and therefore selectable in three steps), the function adds extra harmonics to the upper frequency range - this is especially useful if the original speakers lack some sparkle in the high-frequency response. Extra treble is not only available for the two front channels but also separately adjustable for the center channel. Even better - the center channel allows the activation of an automatic and dynamic control, so that music with "loads" of treble does not tire your hearing.
